About Dan Provost

Dan Provost is a designer and photographer living in Austin, Texas. In both his photography and design (he co-founded Studio Neat in 2010), Dan uses simplicity, clarity, and minimalism to bring a sense of calm and delight to his work. His photographs reduce a scene down to their essence, and often transform natural and man-made elements into simple, graphical gestures.

He usually smiles in photographs but in this one he didn't.
